About Us

Majestic Magnolia is the oldest home in Hot Springs, steeped in history. We are in the Heart of Historic Hot Springs, a 5-10 minute walk from everything the National Park has to offer. Our suites are tucked behind the main street giving you a secluded, private retreat.

Our guest suites are in the Carriage House, while the historic home is under construction. We operate has a non-profit organization, and all proceeds go toward the historic restoration of our property.

Over the past year, we have done extensive renovations, such as removing and replacing 5 layers of roofs going back to the 1800s. We hired a contractor, but we were conned - and left with our foundation less than half finished, and all of our funds depleted. While the historic restoration is certainly more difficult and expensive, we know that the value of preserving this unique history will prevail for generations.

We have a vision to bring this back to its beautiful grandeur, with vintage curated design to create an experience for guests, thoughtfully using all of the historic artifacts that we have painstakingly saved. It has been, and will continue to be, a true labor of love.
